The San Francisco General Hospital Foundation hosts an annual fundraiser in which they commission local and regional artists to paint or mosaic heart sculptures. I was selected to render one of my original designs onto a heart sculpture as part of the 2016 project year. My Heart was called “The Flames of Pursued Passions,” and was successfully auctioned off as part of the project fundraiser.
